Our Pickleball And Longevity™ (PAL) Program is designed to help adults 50+ and veterans improve mobility, balance, and confidence through structured, guided play.

Programs are delivered through HOAs, recreation centers, and community partnerships—supporting long-term health, safe movement, and social connection.

Meet Your Coach

I'm Linda Conrad, a PPR-certified pickleball coach and U.S. Army veteran. I came to this sport after arthritis made high-impact activities too painful to continue.

That experience shapes everything I do on the court. I know what it means to want to stay active while respecting your body's limits. My coaching focuses on sound technique, joint-safe movement, and helping you build real confidence in your game.
