A structured wellness program for adults 50+ and veterans focused on safe play, confidence, and long-term participation.

Our Pickleball And Longevity™ (PAL) Program is designed to help adults 50+ and veterans improve mobility, balance, and confidence through structured, guided play.

Programs are delivered through HOAs, recreation centers, and community partnerships—supporting long-term health, safe movement, and social connection.

PAL Program Components

FOUNDATION & MOBILITY

Introductory sessions focused on safe movement, balance, joint preparation, and building confidence for adults 50+.

MOVEMENT & COORDINATION TRAINING

Structured drills to improve footwork, reaction time, coordination, and controlled movement for injury prevention.

GUIDED PLAY & SKILL INTEGRATION

On-court, structured play combining positioning, strategy, and real-time coaching in a safe, supportive environment.

RECOVERY & INJURY PREVENTION

Stretching, education, and techniques to reduce strain, improve longevity, and support long-term participation.

Program Leader

I’m Linda Conrad, a PPR-certified pickleball coach, U.S. Army veteran, and founder of The Pickleball Essentials and the Pickleball And Longevity (PAL) program.

I came to pickleball after arthritis made high-impact activities too painful to continue. That experience shapes how this program is designed—to help adults 50+ stay active, build confidence, and respect their body’s limits.

The PAL Program focuses on safe movement, injury prevention, and helping participants feel comfortable and capable on the court.

Whether someone is just getting started or returning to the game, the program meets them where they are—creating a supportive, structured path to long-term participation.
